High GPU Temps

So when idle my pc is at 28-33c. But, when I play Fortnite the temps are 73-83c. I had my pc for 2 1/2 years and I have a gtx 970. How can i lower these temps? And my fan speed is at 55%.

To lower temps you can :
increase fan speeds
remove shroud and blow out the card
remove heatsink and remove thermal compound then apply new thermal compound
apply thermal pads

Other than that, you're kinda stuck where you are.
