Here is my benchmark test - it makes it sound better than it is. I am barely getting 20 fps with any game at LOW or ULTRA settings. Something is up, right?

I did the usual suggestions of checking the drivers and such. I stupidly had my two RAM sticks in the same channel. Once I got them in the different channels now I am getting Windows telling him "Your computer has a memory problem". If I get working RAM would this explain why the GPU is 100% usuage (or close) and the FPS is still ~15...
