[SOLVED] High GPU useage. Huge fps drop

Ok so i recently upgraded from an r9 390 to a 5600 XT. I can play games (apex, rocket league) for roughly 5 minutes before my card starts hitting 99-100% and i get ridiculous frame drops, freezing basically. Temps are sitting around 60° and arpund 40-50% useage before it spikes. Makes games unplayable. tried using ddu to reinstall drivers but nothing. Anything im missing?

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - 5600 XT

Nah cpu is fine. I should mention i only bought the card yesterday. The CPU, RAM and Motherboard about a month ago. Brand new.

Maybe if you have Win10 then buggy october update might be the problem.
