Question High GPU Utilization/Bottlenecking

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1070 Ti
16GB DDR4 @ 3000 mHz
1440p 144Hz Monitor

Running Overwatch on max settings I get about 80fps but my GPU is at 99% while my CPU stays under 25% and RAM at 50%. I wouldn't think I would have such a hard bottleneck with a 1070Ti, any reason/settings why it would be so high without stressing my CPU at all?

gpu temp? you are running 1440p? try lower then detail?

Because you are playing at 1440p. If you were playing at 1080p you would use more of the CPU, play at 4K and you will use less.

at 1440 its at 80 C, dropping to 1080 it's still at 99%

latest driver?
sound like issue with the card.
