High Idle GPU usage 7870

My gpu usage level is very high while idle it's at average 95% and at 65c, I don't understand why it so high, this is only a recent problem its never been this high before now

Sapphire 7870
AMD 6100 Six Core Processor 3.3ghz
8gb ram

did you install any software lately that user video hardware acceleration or amd app acc feature?
also check the task manager to see what background processes are using the maximum resources.try ending those processes one by one to see if any change occurs after terminating any process.

Thank you it was a faulty svchost.exe that was the problem, I thought it was something physically wrong with my computer

How did you exactly fix svchost.exe? I am experiencing the same issue.
