High Idle temperature/voltage on i9 9900k

Hey guys,

Recently built my i9 9900k system with a Aorus Z390 master board, my idle temperature sits at mid 40s and sometimes it bumps up to mid 50s. Also I noticed that the Vcore voltage is a lot higher than I set it to be, especially during load. I'm doing 5.0ghz across all cores at 1.265v with LLC set to turbo. But the actually voltage shown in HWMonitor is anywhere between 1.28 ti 1.34V. During stress test the temperature can go all the way up to low 90s which I'm also a bit worried about.

Here's the specs:
i9 9900k
Z390 Aorus Master
Corsair Vengeance Rgb pro 16g at 3000mhz XMP
Corsair H150i pro AIO

BTW my airflow is absolutely great, so the high idle temp has nothing to do with that...
What's causing all these?

I'm sure it needs that much voltage and is compensating for it.

What are you using to stress test?

I’m using aida64 extreme... any idea about the idle temp? That’s my main concern.

Those idle temps don't seem too far off normal for Intel's high-end chips. I know my i7-7700K would do that and I had an air cooler.

But there were times it would calm down and idle at below 40C.
