[SOLVED] High Idle temps

I recently bought an R7 3700x and my idle temps are high. They are between 40-55c. But when i play games, they never go over 70. I tried a new batch of thermal paste and checked if my cooler was properly attached (which it was). I use the stock cooler btw.

I looked to see if this was CPU specific and it seems common.
