High Input Lag? ACER GN246HL

I just got a 144hz Acer GN246HL LED monitor. It says 1ms response time, but in game, i'm actually noticing higher ms than my previous monitor. I was at 12-15ms and now im at 22-26ms.
There is no driver capable for win10 64bit, only windows 8. Default driver is Generic PnP monitor. Refresh rate is at 120hz. Is it normal to be higher ms? thought i would be low.

I am using this monitor. Actually the input lag is quite low and I am satisfied with it. I usually test on humanbenchmark. With my sony TV w809c I get 250-260ms, which is acceptable. With my laptop screen I get 220ms, which is good. With the acer monitor gn246hl, I get 190-200ms, which is superb for gaming.

Can you share the result how much ms you get at humanbenchmark, so we can see if you get the same result?

HumanBenchmark is completely unreliable. and Not what i'm talking about at all. That's a reaction test to yourself.
I'm referring to the ms in-game.
It's the monitor response time, and it's higher. but why?
