This is my problem:
I sometimes get unstable connection between my PC and the router. I ping to 192.168.1.1 (my router) and it sometimes throws normal latencies ( 1 ms ) but it sometimes tends to throw ridiculous latencies ( 200-1000ms ) affecting my internet connection overall. I already tried every channel, i've tried using whether 802.11g or 802.11n, i've tried different PCI network adapters , i've changed my router and also the position of my PC, nothing seems to work. What could I do?

Router: Sagemcom Fast 3284
Connection type: Cable, 15mbps avg
PCI network adapter: TL-WN751ND
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Solution
If several devices connect via wireless to that router its possible that it's simply too much for it to handle thus delaying the response, also if by any reason your router's CPU gets taxed to max it will cause delay in response, try checking it's CPU usage when you get those high pings.

Another possibility is that there's some source interfering with the signal, from the use of a microwave to some strong radio signals in the 2.4Ghz frequency.
