High latency only on my PC.

Suddenly my connection became laggy and used the cmd to ping to google and it's giving me high pings so I just pinged to google using my phone and it was 30ms .. I still don't know or can't even identify the problem .. the firewall is turned off and antivirus is disabled as well
Any help?

how is your pc connected to internet LAN or WLAN? How much is the cable size in distance? Ping main router/modem ip on your system which should be 1 ms.
