Hi, so the jist of the problem is that when I try and play the game Path of Exile, on Steam I get some pretty horrid latency spikes that are thus making the game unplayable. I've yet to hear anything from their support, and it's a small staff so it may take a long while, if ever, so I'm turning to here for some more educated information, as I can not think of anything else.
Connection wise, I am not experiencing any issues with any other games, or other network problems. My speeds are stable at 100/10 give or take. I am not running on a wireless connection. Below I am including a pastebin of the WinMTR I ran a little bit ago, and a traceroute to the same server. Given the issue only happens to their servers, I am guessing this is a routing issue? I'm ultimately clueless however.

In addition to these, I just ran another WinMTR trace for just Google.com and it is actually showing a decent chunk of loss as well, however I feel no lag, stutter, or issues with speeds is this normal or is there an issue with my ISP that the last rep I spoke with failed to recognize or tell me.
