high load and unload cycle count 131.711 for my internal wd hard disk for my desktop

It appears that your drive may have an aggressive APM setting.

Try wdidle3, idle3ctl, or quietHDD.

how to use it what to set in the program?
also when i reboot my computer the program disappears

I don't use it, but you can specify the APM settings. Some settings (eg 255 or 254) will turn off APM altogether, whereas others will select a less aggressive timeout. Just experiment with the settings until you find one that suits you.
