Hello, I have looked through a few posts with similar issues but I feel I need to explain exactly what is happening in my case.
I have recently noticed in Task Manager that my Memory usage is sometimes at 80% usage at Idle with 16gb of ram without having a single chrome tab open as well as anything else running in the background (apart from the odd game launcher).
The strangest thing is that this does not happen just after a boot. As soon as I restart the system, I'm back down to around 20-30% usage at idle which I'm perfectly fine with. But after leaving the system on (going in and out of sleep with gameplay and web browsing) for a couple of days it seems to climb back up to 70-80% usage with everything closed once more.
This seems to have started happening ever since I've received my oculus quest and started using oculus link with my pc, could that have anything to do with it? (even though I close any oculus or vr related software when I'm done)?
My system :
I'd like to post a photo of task manager but it doesn't seem to be that straight forward from here.
