High memory usage by svchost.exe

So today i launched my pc, all was smooth, i was watching some youtube videos and my browser closed, it said that i dont have enough memory. I checked task manager and i noticed that my memory was almost 100% (~95ish). Every time when i launch my pc memory is around 20%, but after ~20 minutes it goes up to 90% when i have almost no programs opened. I would assume it is malware, but i scanned my pc with malwarebytes and it doesnt show anything, scanned with avast and same - says that my pc is clean. Screenshots:

Also my CPU goes a little bit but not too much, around 15-20% while idle.
I am not really into PC's and i hope that u guys can help me.

Temporary solution is end task through task manager, but it works only till next pc restart. Should i be worried when i sign in into accounts etc?
