High Memory Usage On Windows 10

I have the same issue after I installed the latest version of windows 10
my system requirements
i5 3210M 2.5GHz
8GB memory 1600MHz (4GBx2)
500 HDD 5400rpm
NVidia GT 635M
I have notice that most of my RAM use by "System" process even when there's no high end applications running

For some reason AVG is considered the system according to this forum. I see you are using 1 gb of ram for Internet Explorer too.
