Hello.
So today, I've been experiencing some memory issues with my PC. (running on windows 10)
I was playing games as normal and noticed my memory usage was around 57% while idling, with nothing else running. normally it would run around 20% or 30%. so I thought that was a bit odd. but later on in the night memory usage went from 57% to over 90%. I restarted my PC and when i checked as soon as it booted up, the memory was fixed around 93% to 95%.
It's currently stuck at it right now as I'm typing this out, everything else (CPU and hard drive) seems to be fine but my memory usage is stuck above 90%.

Program wise I haven't installed anything new recently that would cause this.
Most of the programs I've ran before without a problem, this problem started around when I just installed the new driver for my graphics card and the wins 10 anniversary.
Driver wise, the only drivers I have installed was the new 372.70 driver from nvida but im not sure if a graphics driver can effect the memory in any way.
I also updated to windows 10 anniversary, I've tried googling if maybe it had something to do with it but I haven't seen anyone post memory related issues to the update.
I'm also very sure most if not all of my drivers are currently up to date.
I'd very much appreciate if someone had a fix for this

EDIT 1: Ok, so I booted into safe mode and it seems windows 10 itself isnt the cause, the memory percent was around 20%. I restarted and now its back down to 20% to 30%. So I'm not 100% sure if the problem is gone but I will reply or repost this if the problem comes back.
