High Memory Usage

Hi everyone,

My problem is that %40 of my memory is always in use for some reason, even when I'm not running any program which requires that much RAM. Task Manager doesn't show any program which using that RAM, but it also shows that 3,3 GB (7,9 GB total) of the memory is currently in use. Here are the screenshots. I appreciate any kind of help. The fact is there is one large program you keep always open, it's called Windows 10, and it takes lots of RAM, over 3 GB The rest is taken by services and other small programs. Your situation is perfectly normal, nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply. Tbh I don't think it is normal, because this started to happen yesterday. I realized this after having terrible freezes and fps drops in my games yesterday. Those are games (rising storm, r6: siege) I've always played without having any performance issues, and they are just unplayable right now. The total RAM usage becomes %95 when I am in game. I don't know what is wrong.
