Question High Memory Usage

As of Thanksgiving day, my memory usage has gone up a considerable amount. It was at one point 24% average but now it is a 90% average. When i checked task manager it was because of Service Host. I've tried everything can someone please help me. I can't play any game anymore without almost crashing.

does the system see all the ram?

I've done a malware scan and the PC does see all my ram.
CPU: AMD R5 2600
RAM: 16GB DDR4 RAM
Motherboard: ASUS ROG B450F Gaming ATX
Storage: 1 tb barracuda Hard Drive & 500GB Samsung SSD
Power: EVGA 650 Watt
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Whoever sees this please say something if you know anything. it is very annoying and I dont want to buy more ram.
