Hello! I've been trying to figure out why my system is under preforming recently and I noticed my MS speed is violently fluctuating between 8-16ms in MSI Kombustor. I'm seeing this as the only real difference between me and other tests online and was wondering what could be the cause of this issue. I've re flashed my bios to the most recent version aswell as uninstalled and reinstalled windows several times. All my temps are in the green and would really appreciate any help considering i cant seem to solve this issue! Thanks!
