I've just done a fresh install of W10 (from Windows 7) and I'm getting constant very high latency in all games and even Chrome. Not sure what the issue is but I sure didn't have it on Windows 7.
I think the issue -may- be my LAN driver. The manufacturer only provides limited Windows 10 drivers so I installed the windows 7 LAN driver assuming it would work. I've also tried the Windows 8 driver.
Here's my setup:
Asrock Extreme3 Gen3
Intel 2500k
nVidia 970 GTX
