[SOLVED] High Paged and Non-Paged Pool after idle for long/ after some time ?

Hey,

I just recently bought a 16x2 RAM kit to upgrade my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 ACH6H) and it seems that it causes this error where if I'm idle for too long (if I let it on overnight), the memory would shoot up to >95%. I think the culprit might be the Memory Compression process as labelled below here, but I need some more help on this.

its probably some driver or system settings issue

try disable superfetch
open cmd with admin rights and type in:
net stop superfetch
sc config sysmain start=disabled
then reboot
