[SOLVED] High Performance CPU Cooler?

So my budget is quite tight and I can only allocate 50$ish to a cpu cooler, I have a 9700k and was wondering if there are any cpu coolers that are 50 or lower that have the performance of like a noctua u14s or a d15s or something for the price.

Will I be able to have the 9700k boost to 4.9 under 75 Celsius? And what is it's performance compared to a noctua

I have used one and it is relatively quiet.

How well you can oc a 9700K is primarily determined by the quality of your chip.
I think 4.9 is a reasonable target.

What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane Vcore in the 1.337 to 1.375 range.
And AVX offset = 2.

Thanks, actually that might save 15-25$ for case fans if the AIO comes with fans pre installed, but also is it a closed loop? Does the warranty cover damaged parts if it leaks?

If I were you, I would look up some used ones. Unless you want to have AIO, the used air cooling system could be bang for the buck.
