Hi everyone, I do not know why but yesterday I started getting really high ping and ping spikes in CSGO. I played 50 hours just last week, but I got no problem. I did not change ANYTHING (config, in-game settings, new drivers, no programs installed etc)! And I only get it in CSGO. I have over 5 MB/s Wi-Fi constant (no stuttering). Before I got under 30 Ping and now it's mostly around 90. My FPS does not go under 170, so it has nothing to do with it. I reinstalled CSGO, deleted userdata, restarted PC 4 times and rebooted router 2x. I have CSGO on a SSD Drive, so there is no fragmentation risk.

I really don't know what to do. Please help me...

I have Technicolor Cable Modem, but I cant find the model and my ISP is UPC (we have garanteed speed). Ping to Steam Website is 15 on average.

You can guarantee the speed, but how's the connections latency ? in your case only problem is on csgo maybe try pinging csgo's server check your latency there and not the speed.

remember not to check only on your connections speed also try checking the latency.

latency - "Latency, in contrast, is the amount of time it takes for the water that enters the pipe at one end to exit at the other. If your pipe is just a few feet long, water exits the bottom of the pipe almost as quickly as it flows into the top. If the pipe is 50 to 100 feet long, it’ll take several seconds before the water starts to flow."

I have tried to ping nearest server it is around 15-20, but it still lags as hell ... Seems maybe like microstutter... It does not really matter what I try (Casual/Deathmatch/Arms Race/Domin)

I think your latency is bad. I tried playing csgo it works well for me. try playing it close other apps like browsers IM's, skype, teamspeak basically close all and try steam and csgo.
