High Ping for others in Warframe , while hosting

Hello, so i am having this problem, whenever I am the host in warframe others have huge ping, around 100-2000. It's jumping randomly. also i noticed it in deffense, whenever the wave is ended it goes down, and whenever it starts it goes up. i doN't experience high pings but this makes me little bit nervous and doN't want to host with this high ping.

My PC is 

GTX 970

AMD Fx 8350

GA78LMT USB3

16GB ram

Internet is 100mb with 4-5mb upload speed. Supplier is Virgin Media in UK

Well this is usually a sign of latency going out your network. Consider running a speed test to see what you are getting. Also, I highly recommend running an MTR report. It will reveal any latency, packet loss, and rate limiting routers if there are any.
