High ping in short periods of time.

Hi!

Recently I have a problem with my connection. I have high ms for shorts periods of time, and then goes back to normal. I'm actually sick of this, it happens every time when I'm playing videogames or watching something on Youtube. I tried installing the new network drivers but it didn't do anything.
I'm using an ethernet cable.

Does it do this on all devices? Or just that computer? If you want run this test I linked below and let me know what the jitter is.

It doesn't happen too often in my phone, but sometimes happens. It happens all the time in the pc.

Jitter is the measure of variance between your pings. It sounds like to me what you are describing is a high jitter. I would run that test I linked above and if your jitter is very high its most likely on your ISP's end I would call them and see what they say about it. If the problem is on your local network im not sure what would cause that maybe an issue with your modem or router or you may have some kind of eletro magnetic interference issue.

This is what it shows when I'm lagging. I don't have anything that can make an electro magnetic interference. Also, this is the second router I tried and I have the same problem, so it's not the modem itself.
