Hello!
I recently changed modems, as the old one I had was outdated and did not have a throughput high enough to support our upgraded internet connection. Lately, however, I have been having lots of issues with specifically my machine on an Ethernet connection. When gaming, I frequently get 100+ ping no matter where I am connected. This is an issue that only I am having, and I do not know how to resolve it.
Traceroute results that I have run:

How do I go about fixing this? Is it a problem on my end or my ISP?
