My ping at like 8 PM-ish until 2 AM is at insane numbers connecting to an east coast server (Im playing CS GO, I trace route to the IP 208.78.164.1)
but when I connect my computer directly to the modem, the issues disappear and it ONLY happens when connected to the router, I use a D-Link DIR-815

I have no idea why this is happening?

I live in Toronto, Ontario, canada and my ISP is Distributel (30 MBp/s download, 5 MB/ps upload)

I have turned off my firewall but it doesn't have seemed to change anything, this is so frustrating because it's fine when I connect my computer directly to my modem but that isn't a viable option since many of my family members use the WiFi.
