Every Single Game I play I would have a good or decent ping and then all of a sudden my ping would spike up then would go back to normal.
For example I would be playing a game like call of duty black ops 3 and I would play fine no lag then my ping spikes up and everyone stops moving I can still run around but nothing happens then my ping goes back to normal then I would either teleport back to where the ping spiked or I see my kill cam from when I died while my ping spiked.
Or when i'm playing another game like Minecraft I would play fine for like 3-4 minutes then the ping spikes and everyone stops moving and again I could walk around but can't attack or kill anyone then my ping goes back to normal and I teleport to where the ping spike started or I get killed while my ping spiked.
This happens for basically any game that I play and it is so annoying and I know its not my internet because I can browse the web on google chrome and I can load web pages in almost under two seconds.

Please respond with any help for fixing this problem because it is really annoying that I bought a computer and can't even play any games
