Good day to all.

I've been experiencing a wierd issue with my system where I work at.
We don't have IT so I have to attend to this issue by myself.

I've been hearing a high pitched sound from the PC when I open Google Chrome. (with Explorer there's no issue, and unplugging the ethernet connector doesn't change the situation).
I've been browsing through the forum and thought about a bad coil in the power supply and exchanged it for a Corsair VS650 but the issue persists.
I've also thought about the RAM causing the problem but the sound appears to come from the PSU.

What could it be?

Thank you all

System specifics:
Processor: Amd 7650K
MoBo: msi A68HM grenade
Video: Nvidia quadro K620
Ram: 2x8GB Kingston KVR16N11/8
PSU: Corsair VS650
HDD: Samsung EVO ssd + 1TB magnetic drive

As I said I already changed my previous PSU from a no-brand to the corsair.

I already ordered a new quiet heat dissipator for the CPU but the sound comes with certainty from the PSU
