[SOLVED] High Pitch noise from headphones, then all usb devices fail to work.

Hello I am having trouble with my computer every so often there is a high pitch noise in my headset and all my usb devices stop working for a short time. Discord asks if I want to switch to my webcam microphone every time. During this time I can not do anything and I must wait it out, it happens the most while gaming. My specs are below.
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Mbu: Gigabyte gaming 3 b350
Ram: 16gb 2400mhz crucial ballistix ram
Gpu: zotac single fan 1060
Psu: Corsair 550 watt bronze semi modular

It could be a motherboard bios issue or driver issue. Bitwit has a video on how to update the motherboard bios if you need help with that.
