I bought the complete set of hardware 3 weeks ago. Everything is new, and fresh except the GPU.
I started hearing this weird sound 2 days ago from my power supply. I haven't taken a look yet as of no time, but I suppose It is the fan of the Power supply.
Should I just RMA It, or is there a way for me to somehow solve this? (Try cleaning or smh?)

Solution
Sounds like coil whine. This is not a sign of failure nor cause for concern.

You may be able to RMA the PSU, but the next one you get may not be better.
