Hello, as stated in the title, my PC is making extreme noise that comes and goes(not necessarily when under load). I could almost describe it as if it's being possesed by a demon, lol. I recorded it and will be dropping a link for you to check it out.

I initially suspected the AIO, since it also started making watery currrent-like sound recently when the PC is on or the Case fans. However, after rewatching my recording, i noticed the GPU lights are constantly flashing yellow-red when the noise kicks in. Here is the link:

SPECS : Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Asus Tuf Gaming B650 PLUS 6400 MHZ
GSKILL 32 GB(2x16) Trident Neo 6000 mhz CL30
GIGABYTE Geforce RTX 4070 Gaming OC 12GB
Corsair H150 360mm AIO
Cooler Master GX II Gold 850W
Kıngston 1TB Fury Renegade gen4x4 nvme m.2 SSD

Process of elimination. Unplug the pump for the AIO briefly and see if the noise subsides.

I suspect the AIO pump is the issue, that noise is not coming from fans.
I could try that. The issue is that the noise, its timing, and even its duration happen completely at random. What would you say about the GPU lights going crazy? After noticing that, I started to worry about an insufficient power supply, or possible wear or damage to the power cables

Briefly disconnect each obvious source of noise, one item at a time, then plug them back in if the noise persists. It might even be a worn bearing in a PSU fan (which you cannot unplug safely).

If it's really high pitched and you have good hearing at high frequencies, it might be resonance in a ferrite cored transformer inside the PSU. Don't mess around inside PSUs unless you're an experienced technician or electronics engineer.
