High pitch "pirrr"-sound coming from computer.

Title says it all. Pc in use for a week. Cooler installed with three screws due to complications unrelated to the issue.
What should I do? I have no desire to send any component back. Just scared if this ends up blowing up my system and setting fire to the house.

Are you able to record the sound and/or tell what area it's coming from?

It was my front fan hitting a loose cable at very high speeds. Moved the cable and the sound went away.
