I thought the sound was from my HDD but it's not

It's not from my cpu fan or the 2 case fans

This is my setup:
GTX 1060 3GB
Core i5-6500
MSI Z170M Mortar
EVGA superNOVA G2
BitFenix Prodigy M
Kingston HyperX DDR4 8 GB
Kingston Hyperx Fury 120 GB SSD

Probably a fan. Disconnect them one by one as the system is running. This way you'll know which one it is. But don't take too long on this so your system doesn't get overheated.
If it's your PSU's fan then, well. Nothing to be done but to buy a new PSU
