High pitched screeching sound through mic

My friends in TeamSpeak tell me that my microphone has a high pitched electronic screeching kind of static sound. I am beginning to believe it is my input jacks on my PC. The sound is made even louder when a USB device like a memory stick is plugged into my computer. I have made a recording of my microphone and can hear it too.
Any help would be much appreciated.

make sure that your case is grounded well. watch where the cables go on your rig so they dont pick up em noise. try another mic to see if the mb or your gear.

How do i make sure that my case is grounded? My case is sitting on a metal rack connected to my desk and the bottom of the case is off of the ground is this the problem? And i have tried a new mic and the problem is still there.
