High pitched squeal (PSU?) when stress testing [Prime95]

I've finally managed to get my CPU and RAM somewhat stable and once the Self-Test 1024K starts in Prime95 I get an extremely loud high pitched noise from the PSU. Originally I played it off as coil-whine which this PSU has always been plagued with, but I'm doubting whether that is it and if it's something more serious.

I'm getting mixed messages from another thread: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1820125/high-pitched-noise-psu-stress-testing.html

The PSU is a Corsair TX650. I was planning on changing it out sometime soon for a fully modular PSU anyway, but do I need to do it immediately?

Any response is appreciated, thanks in advance.
