Question High Pitched Stuttering Sound

Recently my power supply has started to make this high pitched sound on startup, and I didnt do anything for a couple weeks. I was searching around but didnt find anything close to the sound this is making, so I really dont know what to do.

I have cleaned out the dust with compressed air, but that just made it a lot worse (Its doing it almost constantly).

check if your power cable on the back of the PSU is tight(IEC 60320 C13/C14) ,it can be a lose power cable from your wall socket.

It does seem to be coming from that area, but the cable is as tight as I can get it.

coil whine most probably, remove the GPU and run the system lowering the power consumption might remove the noise, either ways if you are 100% sure that PSU is making the high pitched noise its time to get a new or contact customer support for replacement.
