High Power Power-Over-Ethernet (POE) extractor board that can provide 36W at the dc connector.

I am looking for a POE extractor board with an output power of 36W at 12Vdc. Are there any recommendations? I'm looking for an off-the-shelf module and I am having a hard time finding a solution because of the high power requirement.

The max power as standard over cat 5 cable is 25.5 W though under special circumstances it may be possible to achieve 51W though I am doubtful that you will be able to get a board to deliver that especially at 12 V as the power drop for any reasonable length of run would be too great.It may be possible at a higher voltage.
