Hey i have taken a screenshot from my task manager and i wonder is this normal?
This also happens with the windows defender antivirus and steam

You have a 3d game that requires quite some processing power, and the processor is the most power-demanding component in a computer. It's absolutely normal to need more power. If you have a laptop is batter for you and your battery to remove it and connect to the AC power.
