High RAM usage(97%) in Windows 10

Hello,
I just bought my PC 3 days ago but after some days when i tired to open Winrar file size upto 5GB or more it took more time and almost 97%-99% RAM usage which was really annoying me couldn't any fix online about this issue.
RAM USAGE
When i try to open file from Winrar or in Daemon tools here is one pic

it took about 5-15 mins to open such file
Please can anyone tell a fix or why is this problem happening?

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version-10.0.10240 Build 10240
Mortherboard:-GA-H110M-S2
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz, 3501 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
(RAM):-HyperX 8GB 2133Mhz

could have a memory leak and that is an issue as not sure what seems to do it. you would have to uninstall and reinstall to see where it is leaking. do a fresh install of windows 10 update everything install latest gpu drivers then install apps 1 by 1

i just updated my windows 10
i think it just resolved my problem the RAM usage has been normal now and files also open pretty fast.
