High ram usage for no reason?

is this normal for my pc to use this much ram? im using almost 40% of it. i have 16GB of ram on my computer.
here are my specs: I7 4770k 3.5ghz
amd R9 270x 2gb
16GB of ram
windows 8.1
2TB hard drive
also how do you post a picture on this forum?
also my non paged pool uagge is 4GB for some reason.

Only you can say if its normal for YOUR PC...
But 40% is 6.4Gb which does sound a lot..
Windows with pre cache stuff. but it tends not mention that.. so if you are seeing it in "task manager" then its using it for something..
Win 8 has good tools to show you what is using memory.. take a look at whats using it and see if it makes sense..
If not, you at least know what you need to stop.

Its was AVG anti virus the whole time
