High RAM usage

Been getting this issue ever since I installed Windows 10 - High RAM usage after I have my computer on for a while (seems like RAM isn't freed after the program is done with it).

I've looked up some things I could do via google, tried things such as a changing "ClearPageFileAtShutDown" to on (which works temporarily as it's supposed to), updated drivers. isabled some startup programs.

None of these worked.

Note: I am using an SSD as my main boot, don't use RAID.

As an example at one point I closed every application I didn't need open and had 'idle' RAM usage at 100% of my 16 GB.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've already tried using that, CCleaner, and have also already done scans using Windows defender and Ant-Malware Bytes. No luck yet.

You may need to do a clean install. Make sure you windows is assoiciated with your MS account and see if that helps.

I'm going try manually setting virtual memory first and see if that works. Yeah I might need to do a clean install if all else fails.
