Question High ram usages issues when nothing is on. Crashing webbrowers and games due to "Out of memory"

Hey currently have an issue with high ram usages even tho nothing is running really. Been looking at : https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/extremely-high-memory-usage-for-no-reason.3650687/ and done the following but all i get from the Windows assessment tool is "Unknown".
Anyone have any ideas? kinda newbie at this kind of stuff so all help would be appriciated!

Memory errors can also be caused by Virtual memory that is on disk.

Hey i did find one of the issue to the crashes. It was as you said. C drives virtual memory was set low so ive increased it and havent had any "out of memory" crashes since! But still feels like something is still using memory

Check and compare when in Safe Mode and/or Clean boot. Memory leeks and some malware can hide.
