High Speed Cables vs Stock

I just got free amazon money and i want to replace my cables in my house so are these a good idea and will they make a difference:

Internet:
Stock ATT data cable rj11. To
Belkin cat5e rj11

Computer:
Stock original HDMI and DVI. To
BlueRiggers Highspeed HDMI/DVI.

You would be wasting money on the RJ11. If your DSL is working correctly, don't mess with it. You will probably be wasting money on the DVI cable, if your video looks good.
