Question High steam web client helper CPU usage

Hi!

My friend has a problem, where Steam Client WebHelper uses way too much cpu and gpu sage
(don't look at discord, because he's sharing their screen)

Buy from Good Old Games, aka GoG (dot com). May not have the latest titles but there are many benefits to purchasing games from them:
