so i have asus rog gl552vx ,and recently the cpu temp is going up . when idle the temp is 55 degrees celcius and when playing game it can get up to 91 degrees celcius. i already re apply the thermal paste and the temp is still high. any sugestion?
how old is this computer? i would suggest its time to crack it open (not forcefully please) and give it a dust out and check the seating of the heat sink.
check the thermal paste coverage while your at it
have you recently opened the case or installed new software? using Ctrl + Alt + Delete what is the cpu utilisation like? high or low?

im using asus rog gl552 gaming laptop and i have opened it and clean it also putting new thermal paste
Hey ogsix, you don't need to worry about your laptop it's normal for laptops to run around those temps at load. Keep your motherboard and GPU up-to-date, this can sometimes give you more fps and maybe keep your temps lower
Most of the high-end laptops cross 100°(temps at load),make sure you don't cover your exhaust and intake ports while playing.
Example : playing on your bed can cover the ports sometimes.

but recently when i play long intensive games my fps would drop. so what other things can result fps drop?

ogsix i know you opened it and replace the thermal paste but you haven't told me how old this computer is or if you saw any dust build up in the fans.
