High temp gpu with low clock and max fan speed

Im using 7700k with 1080 rog strix
I installed a graphic card supporter yesterday and my card went crazy making noise and temp peak at 90 along with fans spinning max plus massive clock drop down.
My usual temp on full load was 70.
After i removed the supporter it came back to normal.
Im not sure howd supporter is causing this problem.
My graphic card is sagging again and Im not sure if I can reinstall the supporter. Can anyone help me with this issue

maybe the supporter blocks on fan to spin and the other tries to compensate, als have a look if the GPU is completely plugged in, fixiated with the motherboard´s clamp and screwed to the case.

Which supporter do you use?
