high temp on idle i7700k

hello evreyone is it noramal for my pc cpu i7 7700k be on idle 60C all the time on 7% load
becuase the temp got like this only after i installed windows 10 again from scratch before they were 30c on idle

thats kinda high... ambient temps? and did you use to use software to controll the fans. What cooler do you have?

i got the corsair h100i v2 and i use ai suite 3 from asus for fan
and by the way on bios the temp is 30

uninstall ai suite and use corsair and msi afterburner for control of your gpu cooler

i did what u say same problem with 60 c and i dont rlly get what my gpu has to do with my cpu colling issue after all i am on water colling when my rad is in front so no heat from gpu going to it

twas just a suggestion... in corsair link... do you see any pump rpms?
