Definitely improve your CPU cooling. At those temps, your CPU can easily become damaged.

What CPU cooler are you using? is your system old? if it is you can remove your CPU cooler from the motherboard and clean it, clean the fan/s too. Then apply a new spread of thermal paste on the CPU before putting it back. Make sure to remove the old spread of thermal paste on your CPU carefully before applying a new spread of thermal paste and putting back the CPU cooler. If your system is new or recently built, the CPU cooler might not be mounted correctly. Check the legs or the brackets of your CPU cooler if it is properly attached to the motherboard, the contact of your cooler to your CPU must be solid.
