I have a laptop with an I5-6200u With TDP up Unlocked so it can get higher speed (goes up to 25w instead of the regular 15w) A geforce 940m (has 33w Tdp) And my laptop in gaming gets 82ºCelsius (Stock frequency no overclock) but i dont know if the temperatures are safe For a laptop

It'd help if we knew of your laptop's make and model. Some laptops that are mean't for gaming have a beefy cooling solution. I said mean't for gaming because there is a clear difference between a laptop that is built for gaming and a laptop that is built for workstation like duties.

Might I ask how old your unit is? Often running stress laden duties on a laptop can result in the cooler, in the confined profile, to accumulate dust and debris and eventually reduced the cooling efficiency.

i5-6200U's max T junction is 100 Deg C while you have thermal throttling for the Nvidia GPU.

You can also try and raise the laptop's area where the cooler air is drawn in to help with air intake.
